single and party appointed arbitrator in construction
disputes relating to various aspects of the oil and gas
industry and numerous contract disputes relating to oil
and gas production, refinery and distribution
Mills has been appointed Special Master in numerous
federal court and state court toxic and/or mass tort
cases to determine and distribute claims in excess of
$200 million affecting more than 50,000 claimants. Mr.
Mills has successfully mediated numerous cases with
claims in excess of $100 million.
