Mr. Mills has been appointed Special Master in numerous federal court and state court toxic and/or mass tort cases to determine and distribute claims in excess of $200 million affecting more than 50,000 claimants. Mr. Mills has successfully mediated numerous cases with claims in excess of $100 million.
