About Mills Mediation

Mr

Mr. Mills has been a full-time arbitrator and mediator since 1990 having arbitrated numerous matters and mediated over 5,000 cases.

 

Special Master

Mr. Mills has been appointed Special Master in numerous federal and state court toxic and/or mass tort cases to determine and distribute claims in excess of $200 million affecting more than 50,000 claimants.  Mr. Mills has successfully mediated a myriad of cases with claims in excess of $100 million.
